Joanne began her insurance career as a file clerk while still in high school, under our agencies prior owner, William J Phelan. From there she worked her way up to licensed agent and then agency owner. She now has over 30 years experience in the field. Joanne splits time between our Hubbardston and Barre locations.

2. If you have a loss that occurs outside of our regular business hours please contact your carrier directly (see below links) to get the claims process started.
3. If possible please have your policy information and claim details ready when you contact your company.
Emergency Services:
Should you have a fire, smoke, water or ice claim outside of our regular business hours you may want to contact one of the following emergency remediation companies to get the cleanup process started. (Please be aware that fees charged by a remediation company are part of the overall settlement amount in a covered claim. Remediation companies should check with the insurance carrier prior to beginning work to assess extent of coverage whenever possible):
